Tom Shenk is a Partner Emeritus at DoorTwo, where he works closely with senior leaders to strengthen relationships, sharpen self-awareness, and shape healthier leadership behavior. His work centers on the belief that leadership is relational, and that how leaders behave day to day determines the culture that follows.
Tom brings more than forty years of experience in organizational development and executive coaching, supporting leaders in organizations ranging from growing companies to large enterprises navigating significant change. He is known for creating environments where people feel heard, challenged, and accountable, often helping leaders surface what they already know before introducing new perspective.
Clients experience Tom as calm, direct, and deeply attentive to underlying dynamics. He holds graduate degrees in organizational behavior and business administration.
Raised in Pasadena, Tom lives with his wife, Kit, and prioritizes time with his children and grandchildren. Outside of work, he regularly schedules fly fishing trips, and enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, watching his grandsons on the Little League field.
