Motivating Achievement is a deep dive into Motivation Theory and includes insightful, research-backed assessment instruments. It is designed to create a common language around the six dimensions of climate, developing leaders’ awareness of their direct impact on an achievement-driven environment. This workshop has clear, direct, and immediate applications for achieving business results. The Motivating Achievement workshop will challenge, promote, and guide a requisite perspective shift necessary for leaders on their journey through to conscious leadership.

The Motivating Followership workshop illuminates the interconnection between followership and leadership and provides the unique tools and knowledge required to be effective when in a followership role. This one-day workshop is the perfect complement to the Motivating Achievement workshop by helping to disperse the vocabulary and concepts of Motivating Achievement throughout the team and organization. It further coalesces the interconnected elements of leadership for positively impacting the organization’s climate.

Motivating Dialogue is a powerful workshop designed to help leaders understand how to communicate more effectively using heavily researched principles originally developed for and implemented by NASA and complimented by a deeply insightful assessment instrument. This workshop teaches leaders to perceive subtle differences in individual personality types, enabling participants to connect with, influence, and empower a wide range of people on their teams. Elevating Capacity Workshop will illuminate the criticality of expanding energy and capacity to achieve, create and live peak performance. Professional development outcomes are not unrelated to how we recover the body and mind from daily exertion. Our recovery choices influence how we experience events and interactions at work and play. Having the intellect and discipline to establish an elite recovery program is vital for managing an elite level of functioning daily.
