About Your Workshop

This workshop encompasses three and a half days of learning valuable leadership skills in an incredible coastal setting where you’ll get to build life-long relationships with other leaders from a wide spectrum of industries. Breakfast and lunches are provided, along with one dinner. You’ll receive a comprehensive workbook with additional materials and an official certificate of completion.

Event Details

• Date of the Program: Nov 3th – 6th, 2025
• Length of the Program: 3.5 Days
• Cost of the Program: $3,995 (This rate includes all meals except dinner on Tuesday, for which you will go out to dinner in small groups as a workshop exercise.)
• Travel: Flights should be booked into Long Beach Airport (3 miles away),  John Wayne Airport (17 miles away), or Los Angeles International (18 miles away). The workshop begins at 7PM on Monday evening. Please plan travel accordingly.
