Elevating your capacity for work-life integration

How do we as leaders maintain a sustained state of elite performance in all areas that demand our focus and attention? To achieve and maintain high quality personal energy, something that is vital to execute on our daily demands, we need to not only excel at executing our roles but build resilience while also adopting elite recovery methodologies. High-performing individuals rely upon elite recovery methods to perform at their peak.

About Your Workshop

The Elevating Capacity program was developed from a need to address the common and growing reality of being overworked and under recovered.  During the four-day program, you will engage in resilience and recovery strategies, network with like-minded individuals in leadership, develop your plan to sustain yourself as a high-performing individual and, overall, integrate the concept that to lead well, you must also be well.

  • Program Length: 3.5 days
  • Additional Commitments: pre-event video call
