Tom Shenk is a Partner Emeritus at DoorTwo, where he works closely with senior leaders to strengthen relationships, sharpen self-awareness, and shape healthier leadership behavior. His work centers on the belief that leadership is relational, and that how leaders behave day to day determines the culture that follows. Tom brings more than forty years of experience in organizational development and executive coaching, supporting leaders in organizations ranging from growing companies to large enterprises navigating significant change. He is known for creating environments where people feel heard, challenged, and accountable, often helping leaders surface what they already know before introducing new perspective. Clients experience Tom as calm, direct, and deeply attentive to underlying dynamics. He holds graduate degrees in organizational behavior and business administration. Raised in Pasadena, Tom lives with his wife, Kit, and prioritizes time with his children and grandchildren. Outside of work, he regularly schedules fly fishing trips, and enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, watching his grandsons on the Little League field.

Stephanie Au is a Partner and Vice President of DoorTwo, where she works with leaders to increase awareness of how their daily choices shape people, culture, and results. She moves comfortably between group facilitation and one-on-one coaching, helping leaders translate insight into consistent behavior, especially in complex, high-stakes environments. Before joining DoorTwo, Stephanie built and led Human Resources functions across real estate, architecture, technology, and healthcare organizations. Her work includes senior leadership development with Nestlé USA, where she helped design and deliver a foundational leadership program for top executives and later supported its integration across the organization. Clients experience Stephanie as direct, grounded, and deeply perceptive. She is known for holding leaders accountable without losing warmth and naming what others avoid, creating space for honest conversation. She helps leaders align values with action in ways that are both challenging and compassionate. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in psychology. Stephanie’s curious and adventurous spirit continues outside of her coaching and culture transformation work. She loves to travel and is happiest on a yoga mat or on a beach with her family and a stack of books.

Shaun Dyke's real-world knowledge and tenacious work ethic helped him move up the ladder during twenty years at Nestlé USA. There, he garnered broad experience in many areas, from manufacturing and operations to marketing and management, culminating in his last role at Nestlé as Head of Leadership Development. Because of this relationship, when Shaun joined SSCA, he continued to work closely with Nestlé’s leadership team and was tapped to launch a cultural revolution within Nestlé that dynamically changed the company’s internal working culture. To date, these groundbreaking programs have impacted thousands of Nestlé employees! Shaun holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business. When he isn’t traversing the country to meet with clients, he prioritizes time with his wife, Kathleen, and his children. Jeff Miller, PhD, is a Partner at DoorTwo, where he works with leaders and teams to better understand what truly motivates performance, learning, and change. His work is rooted in educational psychology and a long-held belief that every environment offers a chance to learn, if leaders know how to pay attention. He is his best in front of a group, likening the recognition of new concepts to “turning the lights on in a dark room.” He has taught programs worldwide and is particularly skilled at helping company cultures converge post-merger and acquisition. Before joining DoorTwo, Jeff served as Chief Learning Officer and Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at Cornerstone OnDemand. He previously led large-scale learning and development efforts at organizations including The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and spent more than twenty-five years teaching educational psychology at the university level. Clients experience Jeff as curious, energizing, and deeply invested in helping people get unstuck. He holds a PhD in educational psychology. Based in Los Angeles, Jeff enjoys time with his wife and two adult daughters, surfing, exploring California campsites in his trailer, and seeking out great Italian food.

Bradford F. Spencer, PhD, is the Founder of DoorTwo and a long-standing advisor to senior executives across healthcare, technology, finance, and sports. His work is grounded in applied behavioral science and decades spent helping leaders see themselves, and their organizations, more clearly. Brad began his career in organizational development at Hillsdale College’s Dow Leadership Conference Center, where he was introduced to the work of David McClelland and Rensis Likert. After roles at Bank of America and Mattel, he founded the firm that would later become DoorTwo, guided by a belief that organizations often produce managers when they need leaders. Clients experience Brad as thoughtful, direct, and deeply curious, with a habit of asking questions that reframe long-standing conflict. He is the author of The Straight Line: The Shortest Distance Between You and Your Results, published in 2018. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD in psychology. Outside of work, Brad lives with his wife, Connie, enjoys time with his grandchildren, and always appreciates and a well-timed prank.

Bo Burick is a Principal at DoorTwo, where he works with leaders to build trust, strengthen collaboration, and develop teams that perform under real pressure. His work is shaped by a long career leading people in complex, high-stakes environments. Bo began his leadership path at the United States Air Force Academy and later served as a Disaster Control Group officer, guiding teams through military and environmental crisis response. After transitioning to the private sector, he held senior leadership roles in engineering and infrastructure firms, including vice president and division manager positions, where he was recognized for mentorship, team development, and leading organizations through growth and acquisition. Clients experience Bo as steady, direct, and deeply committed to helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. He holds graduate degrees in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer. Based in San Clemente, Bo enjoys time with his wife, Monica, their three children, surfing, backpacking in the Sierras, yoga, and ice hockey.

Anna Baldwin is a Principal at DoorTwo, where she partners with leaders to strengthen operating discipline, clarify priorities, and translate strategy into sustained performance. She brings a steady, systems-oriented lens to complex organizations, helping them sharpen focus without losing their humanity, and she was instrumental in the development of DoorTwo’s Transformational Leadership workshop. Before joining DoorTwo, Anna served as Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Dining Group and Native Foods Café, where she led operational strategy to support growth, culture, and financial results. Her career spans restaurants, wireless retail, and consulting, including senior leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, where she led teams from the bottom tier of performance to the top one percent nationally. Clients experience Anna as comprehensive, practical, and deeply attentive to root causes rather than surface fixes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College. Anna lives with her husband, Ed, just outside Asheville, North Carolina. She enjoys hiking with her rescue dogs, paddle boarding, golfing, and traveling, notably with visits to more than twenty-five National Parks. She makes time with her adult daughter a priority, and continues to give her time to the nonprofit, Red Bucket Equine Rescue.
