Erin Velaer is the People and Programs Manager at DoorTwo, where she supports both clients and internal teams by paying close attention to how work actually unfolds, from preparation through delivery. She brings care and follow-through to every detail, coordinating logistics, space planning, materials, and assessments so leaders and consultants can stay focused on the work itself. Erin is known for her sincerity, responsiveness, and steady instinct for saying yes when it matters.
Before joining DoorTwo, Erin served as Director of Operations for a multi-state dermatology practice, where she balanced client needs, employee experience, and operational realities across a growing organization.
Erin holds a BA in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University and an MS in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University. Relationships matter deeply to her, and she brings curiosity, warmth, and play into daily life through cooking, baking, hosting others, open-water swims, and an ongoing Scrabble game in her office. Fundamentally, she hopes to never let her curiosity wane.
