Chris Stemp is the Head of Marketing at DoorTwo, where he shapes how the firm’s ideas are expressed, shared, and understood. His work focuses on DoorTwo’s values and expertise to solve the real challenges leaders face.
Chris leads the firm’s content strategy across platforms, newsletters, social channels, and podcasts, including In the Arena with DoorTwo. Before joining DoorTwo, he spent nearly five years at Nestlé USA within Learning and Organizational Development, where he led the learning team and owned enterprise curriculum, facilitation, and learning impact.
As a CTI-certified coach and a former FranklinCovey consultant with more than a decade in executive coaching and leadership development, Chris brings authenticity, curiosity, and creativity to his work. He is also the co-founder and host of Smart People Podcast, one of the longest-running educational podcasts in the world with 15 million downloads and counting.
Based in Virginia, Chris lives with his wife, Heather, and their three boys. Outside of work, he spends time outdoors, usually throwing a ball somewhere or tending to his small farm with a dog, chickens, and bees.
