This immersive experience invites leaders to explore the intersection of wellbeing and performance. By applying behavioral science to daily habits, leaders learn how to sustain energy, sharpen clarity, and build the physical and mental capacity required to lead with consistency and longevity.
Grounded in deep self-discovery, this experience helps leaders translate personal discovery into meaningful shifts revealing patterns, refining purpose, and aligning who they are with how they lead. It’s an exploration that strengthens the awareness and discipline needed to perform, grow, and leave a lasting legacy.

Participants learn how accountability, ownership, and alignment ripple across an organization, proving that every role has the power to influence results.

- Standard: 1 full day (in-person or virtual)
- Extended: 2 days with deeper casework and application labs
