Anna Baldwin

Principal
Anna asks you to reflect and to consider if you are making the best choices based upon your leadership goals. – Director / Program Participant

Anna Baldwin is a Principal at DoorTwo, where she partners with leaders to strengthen operating discipline, clarify priorities, and translate strategy into sustained performance. She brings a steady, systems-oriented lens to complex organizations, helping them sharpen focus without losing their humanity, and she was instrumental in the development of DoorTwo’s Transformational Leadership workshop.

Before joining DoorTwo, Anna served as Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Dining Group and Native Foods Café, where she led operational strategy to support growth, culture, and financial results. Her career spans restaurants, wireless retail, and consulting, including senior leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, where she led teams from the bottom tier of performance to the top one percent nationally.

Clients experience Anna as comprehensive, practical, and deeply attentive to root causes rather than surface fixes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College.

Anna lives with her husband, Ed, just outside Asheville, North Carolina. She enjoys hiking with her rescue dogs, paddle boarding, golfing, and traveling, notably with visits to more than twenty-five National Parks. She makes time with her adult daughter a priority, and continues to give her time to the nonprofit, Red Bucket Equine Rescue.
