DESCRIPTION:Experience the power of a motivated team\nThe best leaders lead organizations where people are extraordinarily focused\, excited about their jobs\, and poised to accomplish significant and enduring results. This workshop has one and only one aim: to increase your ability to create a highly motivated performance-driven workforce. \nAbout Your Workshop\nThis workshop encompasses three and a half days of learning valuable leadership skills in an incredible coastal setting where you’ll get to build life-long relationships with other leaders from a wide spectrum of industries. Breakfast and lunches are provided\, along with one dinner. You’ll receive a comprehensive workbook with additional materials and an official certificate of completion. \nEvent Details\n\nDate of the Program: November 4th – 7th\, 2024\n\n\nLength of the Program: 3.5 Days\n\n\nCost of the Program: $3\,995 (This rate includes all meals except dinner on Tuesday\, for which you will go out to dinner in small groups as a workshop exercise.)\nFlights should be booked into John Wayne Airport (10 miles away)\, Los Angeles International (37 miles away)\, or Long Beach Airport (18 miles away). The workshop begins at 7PM on Monday evening so please plan travel accordingly.\nHotel Reservations: To benefit from DoorTwo’s all inclusive rate with the hotel\, please allow DoorTwo to reserve your hotel room for you. Reserving your own room incurs a costlier per-night rate. To have DoorTwo reserve your room\, please complete the Reserve a Room section during the registration process. Hotel rate will be approximately $339/night (pre-tax and $25 resort fee). The hotel rate is NOT included in the cost of the program and is paid by you upon check-out.
