Katelyn Blakley is the Head of Client Strategy at DoorTwo, where she partners closely with leaders to deeply understand their organizations and turns insight into focused, effective development programs. She is known for thinking strategically over the long term while adjusting quickly as conditions change, always keeping people and results in view.
Before joining DoorTwo, Katelyn spent more than a decade at Nestlé, beginning her career in sales and advancing to Director of Learning and Culture. She led large, cross-functional teams through leadership, culture, and organizational design efforts during periods of significant change.
Clients experience Katelyn as energetic, articulate, and deeply invested in their growth. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and change from Penn State.
Based in Pittsburgh, Katelyn lives near family and spends time with her sisters, nieces, and nephews. Outside of work, she enjoys renovating her home, tackling hands-on construction projects, and being outdoors, usually in the company of her dog, Ava.
